This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a friendly handshake between you (the "Licensee") and [Insert Your Brand Name] (the "Licensor"). By purchasing, downloading, or using our digital assets, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them as simple as possible!
- General Terms
- Ownership & Copyright: Think of this as a "rental for life" rather than a full transfer of property. We still own the original designs and intellectual property, but we are giving you the right to use them under the terms below.
- It’s For You Only: This license is non-transferable. This means you can’t "lend" or sell your license to someone else. It belongs specifically to you (or your business) as the purchaser.
- Non-Exclusive: We love our work and want to share it with many creators. This means we may license the same asset to other customers, and everyone gets to create something unique with it!
- Standard License: One purchase equals one license. If you are a team or an agency, each user or separate brand project should have its own license.
- Personal Use License
Best for: Your own social media, personal projects, and learning.
A. What’s allowed:
- Use the asset for one (1) personal project where you aren't making money.
- Spruce up your private Instagram, TikTok, or Pinterest.
- Play around with the colors, fonts, and layouts to match your vibe.
- Keep a backup copy for yourself so you don’t lose it.
B. What’s not allowed:
- Using it for a business, even if it’s a small side hustle (that needs a Commercial License!).
- Sharing the secret sauce (Canva links or source files) with friends or online groups.
- Doing freelance work for a client using this license.
- Commercial Use License
Best for: Freelancers, small business owners, and creative agencies.
A. What’s allowed:
- Grow Your Brand: Use the asset for one (1) business to create ads, website banners, or email marketing.
- Happy Clients: Freelancers, you can use our assets to create beautiful designs for one (1) specific client. (Just remember: you send them the final JPG/PDF, not the original editable source file!).
- Sell Your Stuff: Create up to 5,000 units of physical or digital products (like planners or t-shirts). Just make sure you’ve added your own creative touch so it’s a new, unique product!
- Promote: Use the assets to manage professional social media accounts.
B. What’s not allowed:
- No Reselling Templates: You cannot sell our work as your own "template" or "stock," even if you’ve made changes.
- Print-on-Demand (POD): No uploading "as-is" to sites like Redbubble or Amazon Merch.
- No Sharing Links: Posting source links in Telegram groups, public Drives, or courses is strictly prohibited.
- Content Limitations
- Brand Logos: Any brand logos (like Apple or Nike) used in mockups are just placeholders to show you how it looks. We don't own them, and you should use them carefully.
- Faces in Photos: If a photo has a person in it, please keep that photo inside the template. You aren't allowed to take the person’s photo out to use for other ads.
- The "Be Fair" Clause (Termination)
We trust you, but if we find out the assets are being misused or sold elsewhere, this license will end immediately. In that case, you’ll need to stop using the files and delete any copies.
- Limitation of Liability
We’ve worked hard to make these assets perfect, but they are provided "as is." We aren't responsible for any technical hiccups or loss of profits that might happen while using them.
